Albert is a graduate of Harvard University, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Federal Executive Institute of the United States Government. He is the Chairman of World Vision Taiwan, CX Technology Taiwan, Phu Hung Securities, and Phu Hung Fund Management of Vietnam.
Albert is also the Chairman of Lawrence S. Ting Memorial Foundation, Chairman of Walter Fei Memorial Foundation, Board Member of MIT Sloan Asia Executive Board, Governor of Asia School of Business, Member of Eisenhower Fellowship President’s Advisory Council, Council Member of MIT Sloan Southeast Asia Office Advisory Council, and a Visiting Professor in Practice of London School of Economics.
Previously, Albert served as Vice President of Morgan Stanley; a Director of Taiwan’s First Commercial Bank; and a Director of Mega Financial Holdings (as a representative of Taiwan’s Ministry of Finance). Mr. Ting was an Eisenhower Fellow and served as Vice Chairman, Director, and Supervisor of World Vision Taiwan.
Albert has been awarded the highest honor of Ministry of Justice of Taiwan, the Justice Professional Medal 1st Class; other awards include Ministry of Defense Honorary Memorial Insignia; Certificate of Merit from National Academy of Civil Service; Certificate of Merit from Hanoi Stock Exchange; Certificate of Gratitude from Vietnam State Securities Commission SRTC, Certificate of Merit from People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; and Certificate of Merit from Minister of Justice of Vietnam.
