Joshua Olson serves as Global Director for Impact and Engagement, leading the organisation’s impact strategy and strengthening its influence across the inclusive finance sector to improve outcomes for children.

With more than 15 years of experience in inclusive finance across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, Joshua has held leadership roles spanning investment and asset management, corporate strategy, and impact measurement and management. Trained in finance and international affairs, he is focused on mobilizing people and capital to improve the lives of children and families.

Joshua holds master’s degrees in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona. He lives in the Rhône-Alpes region of France with his wife and three children.
