Since 2020, VisionFund Ghana, in partnership with World Vision Ghana, has been transforming lives through the FAST Project. This flagship initiative provides affordable financial services to families who need them most, enabling them to build resilient businesses, secure steady incomes, and enhance their children’s well-being.
By the second quarter of FY25, the FAST Project has reached remarkable milestones:
- 100% of clients with children reported improved child well-being and uninterrupted schooling.
- 99% of clients achieved their financial goals, from expanding businesses to paying school fees.
- 81% accessed credit for the first time, and 82% had no alternative source of funding, proving FAST’s unique impact.
- Women make up 72% of our clients, with many reporting greater financial independence, improved livelihoods, and stronger voices in household decisions.
- Client satisfaction is at an all-time high, with our Net Promoter Score jumping to 86%, a testement to trust and positive impact.
While we celebrate these successes, we remain committed to refining our approach, addressing challenges like timely disbursement and targeting underserved groups to deepen our reach. Together, we are bridging financial gaps, uplifting communities, and empowering the most vulnerable to create brighter futures for their families.
