Rory Bruce
Global Resource Development and Management Director

Rory Bruce serves as VisionFund International’s Global Resource Development and Management Director and has worked with World Vision since 2012, with the last 11 years with VisionFund. Rory overseas a team of grants, finance and technical experts who develop partnerships in World Vision and externally to acquire and manage both private and public funding to pilot and scale innovative financial solutions for the vulnerable people we work with.

Rory is a Chartered Management Accountant having trained with Price Waterhouse Coopers in their Public Sector Management Consultancy Practice. Since then, he has worked in various finance, programme management and resource acquisition roles in development, mission, humanitarian and livelihood's programmes including four years working in rural Malawi.

Rory has a degree in Geography & Management Studies from St Johns University College in York and Certificates from further studies in Development Studies, Theology and Microfinance. He is from Scotland and is now based in South West England with his wife Charlotte and three boys.
